Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Small Claims

My friend owes me $200 because I

paid for his ticket to an NFL game. He

hasn't paid for almost 5 months now.

All I have for proof is text messages

where he openly discusses that he

owes the money and pictures from

going to the game with both of us in

the pictures. Can I get this money

back in court? Is it worth my time?

Re: Small Claims

Sure, with that kind of evidence properly presented to the small claims court, you might well be awarded a judgment for the $200 plus the cost of filing your case(around $47 or so).

Would it be worth your time, you ask?

I have no idea(not having any sense as to what that most evanescent of commodities might be worth to you).
