Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Unborn Child Living Will?

I have a child that will be born in March, chromosome disorder and the child is not going to live. I need to know if a Living Will is something I can take to the hospital with me so the hospital will provide ''comfort care'' and listen to our wishes. Is this the correct form?

Re: Unborn Child Living Will?

I am sorry to learn of your situation. I do not believe you will need a Living Will for the child. As the natural parent, you have all the authority you need to speak for the child's welfare.
