If a will states that a home is to be sold & split between four people but one of them is also named the executor, does the executor have the right to sell the home to one of the other three at less than fair market value or should selling price be decided by all four beneficiaries?

The latter would be preferable, but given current housing market conditions and the need to dispose of the property, the former may be necessary.
