Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

injured worker

I was injured on my job on nov 2006. I tor my rotator cuff and suffered nerve damage in my neck.I did not know about workers comp until I recieved a letter in april 2008. I filed a clain in may 2008. I spoke with you on the phone you refered me to someone closer to my location.He wasn't taking any more cases.I did talk to another in that office.since then I have talked to three other attorney''s noe of them would take my case.Should I just give up? they all say I dont have a case even though I am still under my doctors'' care.what can I do to.I had surgery .I am lost it it because I let the ins.co. record me on the injury. how can i defend my self if no one will take my case

You will likely have to continue to represent yourself before the Commission until you can find a lawyer who is willing to represent you.
