Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

i live in virginia and i am receveing workers comp, i have had one surgery on my neck, and now i need one on my back, and i dont think my attorney is representing me to the fullest, workers comp only want tp pay for surgery, or a small settlment, i have been out of work for two whole years now and think i should have surgery, and so do the doctors, but i have lost so much, and need a settlement, i may lose the home i live in, i have already lost my car, what can i do help please tina
