Legal Question in Workers Comp in Virginia

Medical files violation!

I have a workers comp case, which is very long drawn out, which my question steams from that. I was pulled into my managers office and he said that I had been altering my light duty papers (to make this straight, I called Doctor and he confirmed that I was not) anyway, after my manager left that night, He left my medical files on his Desk, every employee, manager, anyone can go in there, as a matter of fact we had our 10:00pm meeting in the same office before work. My question is, Is this not against the law? I have proof, that it was indeed left all night Thank you

Re: Medical files violation!

What damages did you incur as a result of the file being left out all night on the manager's desk?

If you have no clealy verifiable and credible answer to this question I would move on to other things.
