fired while on company dusanility

I was witness to a crime in feb 2007

The situation i witnessed is now an

active police case with me awaiting

trial any day to appear as a witness.

I've been under stress and on feb 5th

of this

year had a loss of hearing and vertigo

all related to said stress. Knowing

about disability this time, I filed and it

was accepted and my employer said

take care get better, I asked if I'd still

have a job and they said yes, take

time and get better, as this case is

coming up any day now. I am on at

least four drug upon which I am

seriously dependent due to PTSD

conditions and see the doctor at least

every wee. Today after psych therapy

I was texted by my boss to call and

told I was being fired.I thought I was

safe on disability. They never even

called to ask when I could come back,

just sudden and out of the blue. I was

always an excelent employee. I was

not told of FMLA. Help appreciated. I
