confidentiality non disclosure agreement

I want to make sure a product I am going to sell on the internet to people all over the world, will be used by the person purchasing it for personal use only and not to sell or give out the information for any reason.

You can insert the appropriate language in the agreement prior to purchase. however, you will not likely be able to enforce the agreement internationally as (1) you might have to sue in the foreign country, (2) foreign laws may prohibit such a provision, (3) even if you sued in Washington there might be difficulties getting a judgment against a foreign individual and (4) even if you go the judgment, you would need to enforce it against the person in the foreign country.
