Yes, like any other final judgment, within 30 days. The Rules of Appellate Procedure (RAPs) [from Superior Court] are found at http://www.courts.wa.gov/rules/list.cfm?group=app&set=RAP.

If your judgment is in District Court, it is also 30 days. See the RALJ at http://www.courts.wa.gov/rules/list.cfm?group=clj&set=RALJ.
