Corporation By Laws
Where can I find a sample of corporation by laws.
I just registered a corporation in WA by myself, however, I need to write and adopt Corporation By Laws in the event I take on a partner or 2 in the future.
It is my intention to have an attorney do the final document, however, I( need to see what is out there so I may perhaps write 80 % myself and have him or her perfect the document.

Stevens Ness I believe has stock forms of by laws that you can review. There are also many web sites that have forms for a fee, although I am not aware of any links at the moment.
