Discrimination in business activity
A business in Washington State offers products and services online and in other public advertisments but they say they opt out and will not do business wityh me for no apparent reason. They will not say the reason. They sell the same products and sevices to others within the state and across state lines and internationally. Is it legal for a business who publically advertises and does business with the general public to discriminate with no apparentbreason as to who they will sell to? Their refusal to sell to me will cost me a lot of money and inconvience if I have to get the same services another way.

Any business does have the right to refuse service. Without knowing particular facts about your case, I cannot give you a better answer.
