What happens when the executor forms my father's estate into an LLC and says all the beneficiaries are members, but never signed any document confirming this. My father's estate is near Tacoma, Wa. Does this change the PROBATE process?

It means that you may be a minority owner of a business opersted as the LLC and may find It difficult or impossible to convert your ownership interest into cash.Most people would not agree to this. Did you?
