business in king county-sent two goods, received one, he kept the other, and the money he charged my credit card. all other options expired. after several calls and a small claims court victory(he no-showed) Since I don't live in King county, no one will help. Looking to file lien on his business or somethin

g. What form do I file? do I have

other options I don't know about?

debt is $215. I'm in Benton county

For that amount of money, I'd try seeing if a collection agency will take it, or if a collections attorney with experience in filing liens based upon judgments will take it.
