RCW 23B.13.280 Dissenters' rights Question

Pursuant to RCW 23B.13.280 under

Washington States Dissenters' rights,

if a shareholder is dissatisfied with

payment or offer, along with being

able to execute 23B.13.280, can the

shareholder withdraw their request

and go along with the corporate

action - or are they then stuck

having to take the payment offered,

unless they execute 23B.13.280?

My firm is in the midst of a case right now involving this very provision. It is hugely complicated and the cases don't help much. No way to answer this question w/o way more facts and a lot more analysis and case research. Sorry.
