false arrest

I had a room mate that use my name wen she got pulled over. a sheiff came to my house to identify that it was not me. about 3-4 months later i was arrested for that what can i do about this case

Meet with a criminal defense lawyer immediately, would be my advice. Worry about any civil rights claim against the police after that. Ask the lawyer about your rights in that regard.

Right now, you have to defeat the criminal charge, and it's usually not a good idea to try to do that without a lawyer who handles criminal defense.
