falsely accused child molestation

My husband was falsely accused of child sexual molestation by a 11yr. girl. After all was investagated he has been found not guilty. What recourse do we have toward this child? She must receive some type of punishment for falsifing this accusation. The indignation and anger. There must be something we can do to ensure her punishment and pay the consiquences for her actions and for us some type of compensation for our family's pain and suffering.
