Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

Unlawful Harassmant Charges

I received a restraining order w/false charges that I am disputing. I got served few days ago, court date is next week. What kind of info or evidence will I need to supply the court in order to dispute these false charges? How soon do I need to submit papers to the court? I'm very nervous though I didn't do anything wrong. I would like to talk to someone and find out what I need to do to defend my case. Is legal representation necessary for this charge? How many people can I have in court that would testify that I would never do anything like I'm being accused of. Would you please help me, I'd be forever grateful!
