I�d bet this is why your provider is denying you the ability to tape the birth of your child.

The birthing of a child is a professional service that they are providing presumably inside a medical facility. The requirement that the taping not occur is a condition precedent to providing these services. In theory, if you don�t like that requirement, you can take your business elsewhere to another hospital or doctor that may allow you to make such a video.
