Can an Internet Auction Web Site Company give out personal information about a member, to another member, such as a home phone number or place of employment? The information was requesting by a member, while there was no transaction in progress and the company did not inform me of any request and gave the information to the other member. What are my rights. This has made me and my family feel very uncomfortable.

The user agreement or service agreement is the starting point for what your rights are to your private information. Look at it first.
