Hi,

I wonder that if viewing child porno on the internet is illegal or not in US (without downlading or sharing). What if I accidentally accessed some child prono photos through the forums? Thank you

Yes, it does not matter what the methodology, it is illegal. Sharing with others may get you intent to distribute. The RCW and USC both have an intent requirement to prove the charges, true accidental possession is not a crime. I would however recommend that you be aware of what is getting downloaded onto or distributed from a computer you own, control or have access to.
