IRS Manditory Fileing

The IRS states that it is manditory to file. I can find no law requireing this. Does it not violate the 4th and 5th amendment to require this ?

There is a huge body of law for the IRS, including a very, very thick book of regulations.

No, those amendments are not violated.

Your theory has been tested numerous times. The answer is that you must file annually. Do you really think it would be ok if you were the only person in the countr who doesn't file taxes?
