Lien release form for WA. State

Where can I find a FREE downloadable Lien Release form that is good for Washington State. Can I use a generic form or is there a specific form and format that must be used?

I don't t know where you can find a free EFFECTIVE downloadable Lien Release; having not seen one I can't advise you as to whether the one you are looking at is any good or not.
