Credit Card SOL in WA
Please tell me if it is true that the truth in leading act declares a credit card an open account, and if open accounts in WA have a three year statue of limitations.

Open accounts SOL in Washington is six years. There is a recent Court of Appeals decision on this. Stay tuned: the Supremes may change it.
