bank garnishment

I won the judgement in small claims court but he hasn't paid. I took it to distric then superior court. Now I want to garnish his bank account. What do I need to file to get him to produce his bank records?

Supplemental proceedings. Thats a motion for an order requiring him to show up with the records showing his bank accounts, his real and personal property and every other thing that he owns that could potentially be sold by the sheriff to satisfy his obligation to you.

The order to appear must be signed by a judge and then personally served on the debtor.
