Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Washington

Car Lien question

I have a car lien on a person vehicle in that is in their name in Wisconsin. It has been 8 years and they have not paid any amount and now will not answer my questions on payment. Nothing ever was paid. Is there anyways to get this money back? We did have a contract, but I do not know where it is. I know that the vehicle has gotten into 3 crashes, but still has the lien on it.

Re: Car Lien question

Your question has come to a FL intellectual property attorney (patents, trademarks, copyrights, etc.). So, I don't have a clue. Your issue is one of Wisconsin State law, so you need a WI attorney to answer (not Washington b/c it really doesn't matter where you live). Please re-post your question in General Civil Litigation catagory, in Wisconsin, and it should go to an attorney who can answer you.
