What is the statute of limitations on a medical or dental bill,if the creditor has gotten a judgement against you?

If the creditor has a judgment against you, the statute of limitations is the time that the creditor has to collect on a judgment. If the judgment was taken in Tennessee, the time limit is 10 years for a creditor to collect on a judgment. The creditor also has the option to revive or renew the judgment for another 10 years as long as they care to do so.
