accomplice to assault one
how much time does the accomplice usually face? and i had no idea this ordeal was going to unfold, i was just there would i have a good case to have charges dropped or lessoned?

Although an accomplice with "less" ressponsibility or culpability may be in a much better position for a dismissal or reduction of the charge, the penalty is the same for the principal or primary actor.
