my boyfriend is looking at charges for grand theft of motor vehichle and i was wonding what the standard sentencing and charges would be for this grand theft or theft or a motor vehichle

This depends on his criminal history. With no history, no aggrevating factors, the standard range is 0-90 on possession of stolen vehicle, theft 1 or theft of a motor vehicle, 1 count.
