2 people accused of burgarly of a storage where exiting building when caught by police the officer then fired 3 shots which the shell casing were found BUT in officers report he claimed only 1 shot fired DO YOU THINK THIS CASE MAY BE THROWN OUT OF COURT IF I TAKE TO TRIAL OR WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR AN OFFICER TO FIRE A GUN

The basic problem for the prosecution is that the discrepancy in shells shows that the officer is less than truthful. Who could forget how many times they fired a gun at another person? So, if he's lying about that who knows what else he's lying about. Maybe you weren't even really there at the storage facility.
