You may be eligible to vacate the conviction if you have a certificate of discharge and have no conviction subsequent to the certificate.

If you have not yet obtained a certificate of discharge, you must obtain one from the court in which you were convicted. You are entitled to have a certificate of discharge effective as of the date you fulfilled all of your obligations under the judgment and sentence.

Forms are available at www.courts.wa.gov. You can pursue these tasks on your own or retain an attorney.

You may also be eligible to seal the conviction, but the burden is higher and the process a bit more complicated.

Be advised that vacating the conviction will NOT remove your firearm disability. A separate petition is required for restoring the right to possess firearms. Additionally, you will need the certificate of discharge to be clear under federal law to possess firearms.
