Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

I have criminal charges to assault a child in third grade what happened is that I burn my son's hand but by accident, told two different stories, true and false, I will not go to jail wing because I do not have legal residency, I need help my next court to determine whether or not I am guilty in December 3 needs an answer soon have a public defender in me by the court but he did not care as my case please call me to determine my case thanks
