If you were called in for a review hearing, you were probably originally given a sentence which was partially suspended subject to certain conditions. The review hearing was set to determine if you were in compliance with those conditions. I assume that the judge found that you were not in compliance and imposed the work crew time as a penalty. The work crew time is an alternative to the straight jail time he could have ordered you to serve and will be credited against the jail time to which you had originally been sentenced. Double jeopardy does not apply because it is part of your original sentence.
