Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

Extradition of Misdemeanor warrants

If Washington state issued a bench warrant for failure to appear to a pre-trial date in a No Contact Order Violation case, but I now live in Oregon, can Oregon police arrest and hold me on this charge? Is this type of warrant typically extraditable? Which agencies are able to see that there is a warrant? For example, can the DMV? Or a local police officer during a traffic stop?

This question should actually be posted in an Oregon law forum as it has to do with how Oregon agencies behave.
