Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

My friend sister, she was 20 at the time, got caught stealing from safeway a couple months ago and they had her signed documents stating if she comes on safeway property she will be arrested for trespassing. Will it go on her background?

No. Being trespassed from a private business will not go onto her background. However, if the theft gets forward to the prosecution they will file theft charges and that will go onto her background. Contact a lawyer for assistance with defending the theft to keep a conviction from going on her record, to quickly vacate the result and eventually expunge the blemish.
