marijuana possession/ticket

how can I get out of a speeding ticket if I already have 1-2 on my record? If I was pulled over for speeding and then was charged with marijuana possession of less than 2 grams and have never been in trouble is there a way out of it??

There is no simple solution for you. Your biggest issue is the possession charge which carries with it a mandatory 1 day in jail if you are found guilty or plead guilty, plus a fine of at least $250.
