2 boys caught smoking marijuana at school. car searched and marijuana found. boyA charged with possession. boyB not charged.
BoyA told parents pot belonged to boyB. i was advised boyB may be subpoenaed to testify against boyA .
Could boyB be charged with a crime?

Yes, if boyB admits the pot was his then he would rightly be charged with possession.
