Legal Question in Criminal Law in Washington

Minor serve with alcohol

I work at a restaurant for not that long.. I've only been with the company for a month and half or so and its my first time job in the US and first time to become a waitress. On Thursday 9/11/2008 there was an incident that happened at the Restaurant where I work.. A guy came in into our Restaurant.I introduce myself to him and told him I was the new server, offer him a drink.SO he said.WHat's the best beer you have.So i suggested a few stuff..I didn't ask for his ID as he look older to me.BUt came to find out, right when i gave him the drink. Here comes the cops and I didn't know we had some under cover cops at our Restaurant. So they interviewed me.Got all my details,my address, tel number, got my finger print. But as i have been doing my research lately..Its says on this website that w/in 60 days of hire i suppose to go and training and get this so called MAST(Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) a certain permit to have if your serving alcohol.WHich i don't have yet. THe cops never asked about it when it happened.ANd they told me that i have to go to court and such.I have given my resignation at work a week before it happened.ANd this Tuesday was suppose to be my last day as I was going to move back to NOrth Carolina.I need your help!
