Re: restraining order

If the restraining order prohibits direct or indirect contact by any means, it is absolutely a violation to send money "anonymously".

The issue is not whether they know who sent it; it's whether you made contact.

So, your question is . . . if I don't get caught, is it a violation?!

Re: restraining order

The restraining order likely prohibits all contacts by any means (except for contacts needed for court hearings).

You may want to review your facts and options with an attorney.

Would the recipient complain about receiving money?
