The average penalty does not really exist. The penalty is usually based on numerous factors including the judge, criminal history of the defendant, the extent that alcohol was furnished, the age of the parties, the prosecutor's recommendation and the list goes on. The point is, each case is unique. Contact your attorney and discuss your specific facts with him/her. The attorney can then give you a better sense of where your case is heading.
