How do I go about turning myself in for a felony warrant and why is a no bail warrant, and how much time am I lookin at

There are a few reasons there could be a no-bail hold. Usually that means post-sentencing, maybe a DOC probation violation.
Can't tell you how much time you could get without knowing the nature of the crime or probation violation.
To turn yourself in, I would recommend you hire a lawyer and schedule a court date. If you turn yourself in to the police, make sure you do it early in the week, so you don't sit over the weekend waiting to see a judge.
