Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Washington

Termination, Sexual Harrassment, and Retaliation

I was terminated from my job in June. A comment was made to me by the store manager to which I replied, ''I think that's sexual harrassment'', and within 2 weeks I was fired for ''falsification of company records.'' Today, almost 3 months after my termination, I received a lifetime trespass admonishment in the mail. I was in the store on Saturday to visit with friends and drop off fundraising information. The manager approached me, said something to me, and I didn't respond. This admonishment seems a little excessive and a little delayed.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
