Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

Got A DUI
I got a DUI on Nov 24,06 in the evening.I took a breath test and it came back .077. The officer arrested me but when I got to the police station the officer never took fingerprints or really arrested me he let me go and even took me home.My question is that I got my DUI on the 24 and my mandatory court apperance is on the 27th at 1:30pm.I need to know if the officer can do that giving me a court date when he knows that I would not be able to get a lawyer on that short notice.lawyer offices aren't open on weekends.and monday is my court apperance what should I do.I want a lawyer present can you help.
