Fentanyl Patch and Driving
I use the Fentanyl Patch to control pain. If I am driving and get in an accident or pulled over for some reason could I be cited for driving under the influence of Opiates??

Yes. If the prosecutor can prove that the medication affected your driving then you can be cited and convicted for DUI.
