Re: Probation violation

This situation requires you to contact a Washington attorney tosee what the status of your case is and what is needed to close out or possibly even transfer your treatment program to Mississippi State. This is not the type of question that is readily answered on this type of BBS service in that the specific facts of your case must be known to providde a proper reply.

Re: Probation violation

Firts it is likely there is a warrant for your arrest in Washington State if that is where the conviction originally was and you were placed on probation. Probably need to come back and finish probation ( and probably some time in jail) or if you are really lucky get probation transferred to the State you live in noe. However , be mindfull that if you do not complete a Washington State approved ATx program you will not see your drivers license and in that regard I suspect youu are suspended.

Re: Probation violation

To get a Mississippi license you will have to clear your record in Washington. To do that, contact the Washington State Agency that is responsibile for administering their drivers' improvement programs.
