Child abandonment

What do I do if my childs father hasn't payed child support, contacted her by phone, or visited her in a year and dissappears completly for months at a time?

Depending on the circumstances, you can file a motion for contempt for failure to pay child support. Also depending on the circumstances, you can file a petition to modify the parenting plan (if there is one), that limits the amount of time the father has with the child.
