Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

child custody

My Washington State parenting plan does not designate a primary custodial parent. Is there a default to who it would be?

Re: child custody

That is strange. Are both parents designated as primary? That can happen. But there is no presumption in favor of one or the other, except the parent who is better qualified by means of a several part test.
