Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Community property or not?

We own some saving bonds which were in my ex-husband's name, with my name under POD, they were purchased during our marriage. Divorce was finalized a few years ago and didn't mention the bonds. Are these still community property or he has sole right to them as he told me? Thanks in advance

Re: Community property or not?

Any community property that is not directly distributed in the divorce proceeding will be owned by the parties as tenants in common.

If the savings bond were community property, then they are now owned by both of you as tenants in common.
