Re: Custody of my daughter

Do you have a parenting plan or residential schedule? If you do, you can go to court to enforce that court order. If you don't have one, now is the time to file a petition to establish one. Procedurally how this is done will depend on whether you were married. There are different processes for married and unmarried parents. When you file you can file for a motion for temporary orders (which would typically be heard two weeks later) and file a motion for an ex parte order if you think you have a situation that needs to be addressed on an immediate basis. You will then need to get her served, preferably in person, but if you can't (can't in this context does not mean it is inconvenient, it pretty much means you can't find the person after a diligent search or effort to effect personal service) you may also ask for an order to allow service by mail or publication.
