my daughter dad gives me ocasionally 200 a month for our two year old daughter not all the time he is does not work and he is not crom hear he is from sweden how would he pay child support? can i make him give me child support if he is in a difrent country?

Yes. You can petition for child support. If you have already established paternity, you can approach the Family Support Unit of the county prosecutor's office for assistance on this. If you have not established paternity you can still go to the FSU for assistance. Reciprocal Arrangements Exist With The Foreign Countries including Sweden. For details, contact your state child support enforcement office the county prosecutor either acts as or will refer you to the IV Agency (Title IV-D of the 1975 Social Security Act which established HHS's Child Support Enforcement (CSE) program).
