Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Dependency/Return hom

My dependency case has been going on for some time now, At the last permency plan hearing they said they wanted to give the grandma guardianship with alternate 3rd party custody I've been doing everything that i'm supposed to do and at the last review I got compliance with progress can you please tell me is it to late to turn the decision around. I have another review in december the judge just told me to keep up the good work and at the review that I had last week they changed it from 3rd party custody to guardianship or vice versa. Is it too late.

Re: Dependency/Return hom

I don't understand what kind of action you have here, you've talked about guardianship, 3d Party Custody, and dependency, they are all different and you don't know which way it is going. You mention that you have compliance with progress, but that you want to know if you can turn the decision around. At this point I have no idea what your situation is. You appear to have put no effort into writing a coherent question. The quality of questions has a direct effect on the quality of the answer.
